JOB DESCRIPTION :

Under the supervision of a Project Manager or an Account Manager, your tasks will be as follows:

• Assistance/follow-up of the sports project manager: daily and direct contact to assist the team in charge of the client account, preparation of presentations, design of support documents to help promote and market the projects, participation in meetings.
• Design and operational implementation of customer operations: participation in the design, marketing and event project management of customer activation campaigns, to ensure proper delivery of operations sold and their logistics. Operational presence at events managed or supported by the agency.
• Coordination of suppliers (technical and graphic): sourcing of necessary suppliers, production monitoring and project management with suppliers.
• Development and sports communication strategic recommendations for brands: active participation in responding to calls for tender, participation in brainstorming sessions and generation of ideas, drafting of recommendations,
• Support for the agency’s business development: preparation of sponsorship and sales offers, preparation of sales tools, strategic and business intelligence.

RESEARCHED PROFILE:

• Courses:
  • +4/5 Bachelor’s degree in business school or university equivalent
  • Graduation internship preferred
• Desired affinities :
  • Sport Entertainment: interest in sport business
  • Interest in cycling, motorsports (Formula 1, Formula E…) and saliling
• Desired qualities :
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Ability to build relevant sales pitches and understand the needs of brands and clients
  • Proactive, dynamic, willing and autonomous
  • Ability to manage projects rigorously and prioritize them
  • Strong team spirit
• Skills required:
  • Good English level essential
  • Excellent Pack Office competence
  • Must have held a B driver’s license for at least 2 years

INTERNSHIP CONDITIONS :

• Contract duration: 6 months (full-time)
