YOUR MISSIONS :

Under the supervision of a Client Director or Client Manager, the Senior Project Manager’s role will be to carry out the following tasks on the agency’s various client accounts:

• operational management of customer files ;
• interface with customers’ operational teams ;
• deployment of operating programs and contractual agreements for existing partnerships ;
• operational management of service providers and production monitoring ;
• operational presence at events managed or supported by the agency;
• contribution to strategic and operational recommendations ;
• input into proposals for complementary actions, in line with customer expectations;
• monitoring and benchmarking ;
• contributing to the definition of packaged products for brands and rights-holders;
• managing the marketing of the offer for rights-holders, and structuring their approach to brands;
• participation in the renewal of accounts in collaboration with his manager
• contribution to agency development (new business)

YOUR PROFILE :

• BAC +5 (Business school / Master’s degree) ;
• At least 3/4 years of successful experience in an agency, with an advertiser or with a beneficiary;
• Successful experience in the deployment and management of operational programs (Tour de France and cycling) as well as in the management of marketing offers;
• In-depth knowledge of professional cycling (players, regulations, organization);
• Affinity for events and digital;
• Commercial skills ;
• Knowledge of sport business in general and its economic stakes;
• Good ability to analyze, summarize, organize and adapt;
• Versatility and multidisciplinarity – autonomy, rigor, initiative, proactivity, excellent interpersonal skills;
• Team spirit and solidarity;
• Fluent English ;
• Excellent command of Pack Office ;
• Must have held a B driver’s license for at least 2 years

CONDITIONS :

• Permanent contract (full-time)
• Fixed salary + variable according to profile
• Position based in Boulogne-Billancourt with telecommuting option
• 50% reimbursement of transportation costs
